Ken Jarosz joined The Harry A. Koch Co. in 1987 as a Controller responsible for the daily financial operations of the agency and the preparations of the financial statements and tax returns. Promotion to Vice President in 1989 coincided with increased responsibilities in agency management, building management, and the management of the agency Information Technology department. In 1998, Ken was promoted to Senior Vice President with additional responsibilities in agency strategic planning and corporate governance.
In addition to his role as Controller, Ken is also a vital resource in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and special projects. He was instrumental in recent acquisitions, the building of the corporate headquarters building, and move to the agency’s current location. Ken’s proven leadership and demonstrated strategic planning led to his placement on The Koch Co. Board of Directors in 2004.
