The Koch Company has often served as a consultant on employee benefit problems. We have developed, implemented and serviced a self-funded employee benefit buying alliance for over 10,000 employees nationwide. As a consultant, we helped a large national company consolidate their benefit plan into one common plan, resulting in large cost savings. We conducted a feasibility study for a group of employers with more than 12,000 employees, determining that the group could be combined into one self-funded plan. In addition, we have helped companies streamline their plans during mergers and acquisitions.
