The goal of these services is to identify areas that may pose a safety concern, then develop practices and procedures to create a viable, company-wide safety program and philosophy.

To do this, we initially identify your wants, need and concerns. Then we do an initial survey of your operations and collect past data on employee injury/loss, which usually indicates trends that are problems. We then create a plan of action to address these problems. This includes operational changes, training, and developing a system of accountability.

While we specialize in Worker’s Compensation Loss Preventions Programs, we also provide Property/Casualty Loss Prevention Services as well. Customers of The Koch Co. are provided with these services free of charge. From time-to-time, companies who do not have a Property/Casualty relationship with The Koch Co. can purchase these Loss control services on a fee or consultation basis
