The goal of The Koch Co’s Claims Department is to be an advocate for the insured when a claim occurs. We make sure that our clients understand the procedures that they have to go through in order to get full payment. These include determining the emergency steps you need to take to secure your assets and helping you work with the adjusters.

The only responsibility of our Claims Department is to handle claims. We believe that by having people in-house, specializing in Claims, we can provide the best service to you. You aren’t dealing with a faceless person at a central location.

In fact, because our Claims Department actually trains your staff on policies and procedures, before a claim occurs, your people already have an ongoing relationship on which they can rely when a problem arises.

We believe in closing all Claims as quickly as possible. This has two benefits for you. First, it reduces the time and resources you have to spend on the claim. And secondly, it allows you to project in advance how your claim will affect future costs.
